Mutagen bomb

This was one of things in last TMNT episodes, which I really like...flashbacks.

Alright, alright.
I read so much dissapointed comments about Mutant Apocalypse and I don't want to lie, when I saw it, I was mad.
I can talk here about how much I didn't like Leo's design and role in the last episode and what else I didn't like, but why?
I decided to say which things I LIKE in Final Arc. And this is one of them.

Anyway, I'm really confused about where exactly this bomb came from . And who did it? And why?
This could be really good fanfic about it. If someone will write or draw it, please, let me know.
